Jiraiya

One of the Legendary Sannin, teacher of the Fourth Hokage and later of Naruto himself. A master of natural energy (sage jutsu) and one of the world's foremost intelligence operatives. He died infiltrating the Akatsuki's inner circle — a sacrifice that set the stage for the entire Fourth Shinobi War.
